Vohra Ayaz

Vohra Ayaz has now lost more than 40 kg in just 2 months and attributes his achievement to self-discipline. Vohra Ayaz now believes that low oil food, hardcore workouts and drinking tons of water won’t give you results.

In this blog post, Vohra Ayaz reveals the biggest secrets of his weight loss journey, as well as the simple changes he made to actually achieve his health goals. Along the way, I hope you'll discover some fit body motivation as well as some life lessons.

The Reason That Motivates To Live A Healthier Life

  • Being unhealthy and not taking care of my body was always a nagging thought in the back of my mind. And the moment when I saw that my weight hit more than 100 kg I wanted to lose the weight. Though I began exercising on occasion but was unable to maintain it, I also did not pay much attention to my diet or overall health until I realized a change was required.

  • And while looking for those, I discovered WFH. I read about the WFH program's features as well as how many people have benefited from it. It was like hitting the jackpot because it had everything from personal trainers to dieticians and nutritionists all under one roof. The program's subscription fees were also very reasonable.

What Is The Most Difficult Part About Being Unhealthy?

  • As I gained weight, my joints became weak as a result of my reduced movement, and I suffered from back and knee pain on a regular basis. Even my doctor advised me to begin some type of exercise routine in order to stay healthy. So I decided to begin my fitness journey with WFH from the comfort of my own home.

Diet Followed

  • My meals were packed with nutritious and mineral-rich foods. I mostly eat low oiled food or boiled food like chicken and eggs. My basic meal looks like three full soft-boiled eggs in the morning, along with some fruit juice and multigrain bread.

  • I always ate lean meat rice or lean meat curry with rotis for lunch. Then on the early eve, I mostly ate sprouts, boiled vegetables, salad and of course a bowl of soup for dinner.

Workout Followed To Achieve The Goal

  • I began a home workout with WFH, with which I was already familiar. I progressed from 30-minute workouts to two-hour walks, donning my sneakers five or six times per week. My workout was mostly cardio with a little strength training thrown in for good measure.

  • I had bought a couple of weight dumbbells and was doing triceps and biceps exercises with them. WFH provides both equipment-based and no-equipment workout routines for you to choose from. I tried both, and they were both interesting and exciting to me.

What Difficulties Were You Facing During The Transformation Journey?

  • Losing this much weight in such a short period of time can be dangerous and harmful if done alone. But, with the help of a professional coach and a dietician, I was able to easily achieve this goal. WFH's 24*7 helpline support was so kind and cooperative that they even answered my most bewildering questions.

How Do You Stay Motivated?

  • Losing weight and noticing noticeable changes in my body kept me motivated at all times. I used to check my weight and was overjoyed when I saw that I had lost a few grams.

  • Seeing that your efforts are paying off gives you the confidence to do more. Even the WFH team and coaches are great to work with. It's like catching up with old friends.

What Lifestyle Changes Did You Make?

  • I used to be a night owl, but now I know that you need to give your body some rest and allow it to heal from the hard workouts you've done. So now I have a fixed night routine and make an effort to get at least 8 hours of sleep.

  • I also gave up some of my favorite foods and clearly made drastic changes to my diet, eating boiled food and low-fat foods was never my favorite, but over time, I've grown taste buds for that and have started to enjoy them. In fact, Now I can no longer tolerate oily foods and mostly avoid deep-fried foods.

Lessons Learnt From The Transformation

  • The only lesson I learned from the journey is that a fit muscular body is achieved by maintaining your protein intake, eating nourishing foods that make you feel energized, getting some exercise every day, sleeping at least eight hours a night, and finding ways to reduce stress.

  • This method allows you to achieve that ideal body that retains its shape even after you stop drinking the shakes. I would love to thank the WFH team who have supported me in my journey.
