Hitesh Rupani, A Young Buck Who Lost 30 Kg After A Bad Breakup And Fell In Love With Fitness

Hitesh Rupani, a 22-year-old boy from Vadodara, went through a difficult breakup as his girlfriend cheated on him because he was overweight. He weighed 117 kg at the time and was completely baffled as to how his girlfriend could do this to him. He decided to build the revenge body and show the world that he is a young man with a lot of potential hidden behind those extra kilos. The Reason That Motivates Weight Loss

  • Being overweight is never easy, especially when you are the only fatty in your group and have to deal with a lot of body shaming. Even though they are your friends, they have no idea how their one comment is shattering my confidence. But I still bear that, but when my girlfriend cheated on me and blamed my obesity for her own sins, that was a major turning point for me.

What Is The Most Difficult Part About Being Overweight?

  • The severe back pains and knee pains are at the top of my list of concerns. Words like high blood pressure, which can strain your heart, damage your blood vessels, and increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney disease, and death, used to scare me a lot.

  • And I also read that being overweight or obese may increase your risk of certain health problems such as high blood pressure, so these things and their implications for my health were frightening to me.

Diet Followed

  • Dieticians and nutritionists at WFH carefully planned the diet. They inquired about my food preferences and work schedule before creating a meal plan that suited my preferences.

  • On the app, my meals were assigned to me over a three-day period. It was mostly made of green vegetable fibres, with a side of multigrain for essential minerals and vitamins.

Workout Followed To Achieve The Goal

  • The training plan was created to accomplish more than just a quick body transformation. It also helped me address mobility and posture issues, as well as develop a healthier body and lifestyle.

  • My workout routine consisted primarily of cardio and Zumba, with some strength training sprinkled on top. I usually work out in the evenings. I stick to a CrossFit session and don't exercise for more than an hour and a half.

  • A typical CrossFit workout includes 10 minutes of running, 3 minutes of jogging, and 10 minutes of stretching, all of which are required for a proper warm-up.

What Difficulties Were You Facing During The Transformation Journey?

  • I had never done a single pushup in my life. It was also difficult for me to transition into full workout beast mode. My entire body used to sore like grapes in the early stages, and it hurt a lot. But as I progressed, it became easier for me to work on. And soon, my pain was producing results, and I was willing to endure even more agony.

How Do You Stay Motivated?

  • My desire to build the revenge body drove my motivation to exercise, and I was also amazed when I discovered what my body was capable of. As the training program progressed, every aspect of it was thoroughly explained to me, constantly increasing my understanding of my body and key fitness principles. In the future, I will be able to fully manage my own training workouts thanks to this knowledge.

Lessons Learnt From The Transformation

  • I've learned that it's easy to get scared and wonder how you're going to lose this much weight or think how I'm going to change your lifestyle.
